Use of the Site
The Site is provided for information and entertainment. You may browse, share links to our pages and use the interactive features for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Intellectual property
The original text and design of the Site belong to Bimmer Garage unless otherwise stated. Third-party content, such as 3D models and sound recordings, is used under the licences credited on the About page. Trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Posts, comments and community topics by members
Members can write posts, comments, community topics and replies. You keep the rights to what you write and to your photos, and you give Bimmer Garage a free, non-exclusive licence to publish, edit for length and clarity, and show them on the Site. Only send content you wrote yourself and photos you own or may use. No copied texts, advertising, illegal or hateful content. Every blog post by a member is reviewed by our editors before it is published; community topics and replies appear right away and can be reported by any member. We may decline, hide or remove any post, topic, reply or comment. Opinions in member posts are those of their authors.
Events and meets
Members can add meets, cruises, track days and car shows. Events from new members are checked by our team before they appear. The organiser, not Bimmer Garage, is responsible for the event, the place and any permission it needs. Events must be legal: no street racing, no speeding on public roads and no dangerous driving. You take part at your own risk; follow the law, the venue rules and the instructions of the organiser. We may hide or remove any event.
Marketplace
The Marketplace lets members list cars and parts for sale, or say what they are looking for. Bimmer Garage is not a party to any sale: we do not check, guarantee or hold payment for any item, and every agreement is only between buyer and seller. Sellers must describe items honestly, own what they sell and follow the law. Do not list stolen, counterfeit or illegal items, do not post contact details or links to other sales sites in a listing, and never ask for payment outside a safe method. We may hide or remove any listing and close accounts that break these rules. Meet in a public place, inspect before you pay and never send a deposit to someone you have not met.
No warranty
We work to keep information accurate, but the Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Technical information may contain errors or become outdated.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its content. See also our Disclaimer.
